How It Works

Our Admission Process

Five simple steps from enquiry to your child's first day.

Step 1

Make an Enquiry

Reach out by phone, WhatsApp, email or the form below. Tell us your child's age and the class you're considering, and our admissions team will respond promptly.

Step 2

Book a School Tour

Visit our campus with your child to see the classrooms, labs and play areas, and meet the teachers who'll be guiding their learning.

Step 3

Submit the Application

Complete the admission form and provide the required documents (see checklist below). Our team will confirm receipt and next steps.

Step 4

Assessment & Placement

Depending on the class applied for, your child may sit a simple, age-appropriate placement assessment so we can place them in the right class.

Step 5

Offer & Enrollment

Once accepted, complete registration and fee payment to secure your child's place, collect the uniform and resumption details, and welcome to Evergreen!

Ages are a general guide. Final class placement is confirmed after a brief assessment for the class applied for.

Admission Requirements

Please bring the following documents when submitting your child's application. Our admissions officer will let you know if anything extra is needed for a specific class.

Completed Form

Duly filled admission/registration form.

Birth Certificate

Or an equivalent proof of age.

Passport Photographs

Recent passport-sized photos of the child.

Previous School Report

Last termly/annual report, if transferring schools.

Immunisation Record

For Creche, Playgroup and Nursery applicants.

Parent/Guardian ID

A valid means of identification.
